Hi, I have all the characters from this wonderful set but have unforunately gotten rid of the boxes. Is there any way I can get hold of new ones? I am wanting to sell them but need the boxes. |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
I'm afraid the boxes can't be replaced, especially so long after the Studio has closed down. Luckily however, since the boxes were basically just plain card with a small identifying sticker, I wouldn't expect them to affect the value too much.
Good luck with the sale :o) |

All the old children's programs are really cool and it's great that there are people out there who think the same. I just want to say, Rock ON Dudes, and Keep Spinning that Old Roundabout!!!

Hi, love your site. Love the figures and am very disappointed that you have ceased production. With the imminent release of The Magic Roundabout Movie would you reconsider this decision as there are thousands of potential customers awaiting your products? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Thank you for your support, but I'm afraid the answer is still no. Please remember that the Sugarlump Studio itself does not even exist any more! |

Hi... is it true you have a mould of Rosemary but the hat kept breaking. Do you have any broken figures or attempts you could show us? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
I believe Andrew did mention a problem with Rosemary's hat at some point, but unfortunately the Studio had to shut down before the problem was resolved. |

Could you have a for sale page and a wants page so collecters can get in touch with each other? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
There are no plans to add any new features to the site at present. I originally built this site as a paid freelance web designer, but now that the Sugarlump Studio no longer exists I continue to maintain it free of charge in my spare time because I am a big fan of Andrew's work and believe that the information may still be useful to colletors. Unfortunately there's a limit to how much time I can put into it, and a Sale/Wants section would take a considerable effort to maintain. However, if you (or anyone else out there) would like to create such an area I would be happy to link to if from this site. |

Great figures - love the Herbs and Clangers, but where oh where is the Iron Chicken? You cannot have Clangers without the Iron Chicken. Where's your credibility? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Actually, the Iron Chicken does put in an appearance... if you look closely at the Moonbase you'll see him poking his head out of a crater! |

A while back someone called Abi was asking for a place to buy Zebedee t-shirts. By typing "ZEBEDEE SHIRT" in a search engine, you come up with a website called Heaven on Earth which sells them. Pretty simple really. That person probably no longer cares... |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Thanks for the info... I found the site you were talking about and it seems really good value. They have loads of other TV character t-shirts too :o) |

Hi! Do you have any prototype figures or drawings that maybe you could auction off for charity? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Not a bad idea... no plans to do this at the moment, but if we do we'll announce it on the News page. |

Hi!
Sorry... previously I meant any ltd run of new characters from the Herbs not already made. There is such a demand now I feel it could only be a success.
Please come back. Why not get orders first then produce the amount ordered. Send to customers direct and cut out the middle man. |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Thanks for your suggestions, but I'm afraid it's not as simple as just turning out a run of new characters... it's a long and costly process (e.g. expensive licenses are required before you can reproduce any characters at all, then prototypes must be produced for checking and approval by the copyright owners, etc., etc.).
For a number of reasons, Andrew has decided not to use licensed characters for any future projects. This means there will be no more characters produced from any of the previous Sugarlump Studio ranges.
Also, please remember that the Sugarlump Studio itself does not even exist any more! |

Please can you tell me where I can obtain a Mr Rusty? My son accidently broke mine and I would love a replacement. I have all the others apart from the potting shed and I adore them You can e-mail me if that is OK.
Thanks, Louise |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
I'm afraid that unless you're lucky enough to find a shop that still has a figure left in stock, your best bet is probably to try online auction sites such as eBay. The last Mr Rusty on eBay sold for £52.01, on 17th September 2003. |
